1 C cashews soaked overnight (or in hot water to speed up process)
Blend these two together until creamy. I use a quart mason jar and an immersion blender.
3 T coconut flour
1/3 C milk of choice
3 T maple syrup
3 T fat of choice. Coconut or ghee are good.
¼ tsp sea salt
¾ tsp baking soda
Blend together well.
½ C chopped nuts such as pecans.
I tend to make up a double batch so that I can freeze them.
Enjoy with your favorite berry. Yum!
